- We do our best to offer same-day appointments for urgent issues like burst pipes or a heating system that has stopped working. Call us as early as possible and we will fit you in. Emergency after-hours calls are available for serious water or heating emergencies.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. All of our plumbers hold a valid Ontario plumbing licence, our electricians are ESA-licensed, and our HVAC technicians are TSSA-certified. We carry full liability insurance and WSIB coverage on every job.
- How does your written estimate process work?
- A technician diagnoses the problem first, then writes you a complete estimate: parts, labour, and timeline, before touching anything. You approve it or walk away at no charge. Nothing goes on your invoice that was not on that estimate.
- What areas do you serve?
